Using this website

The site is a location finder and information service for authentic Takara Tomy gacha capsule-toy machines in Australia. Location details, opening hours and machine availability are a guide and may change without notice. Please confirm with the venue before you travel.

Tokens, prices and GST

In-person play uses Gacha tokens: 2 tokens for $6.95 AUD and 3 tokens for $9.95 AUD. Those prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Most series cost 2 or 3 tokens; the machine shows the token price for that series.

Token refunds and the Australian Consumer Law

Tokens purchased in person are generally used at the machine and are not refundable just because you change your mind or dislike the capsule you received.

If you buy as a consumer, you still have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a machine is faulty, does not dispense after a valid play, or the goods are not of acceptable quality, contact us and we will put it right — which may include a refund, replacement play or other remedy the ACL requires.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep location data accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. If you spot something wrong, please let us know via Report an Issue or the contact form.

Intellectual property

Takara Tomy, Gacha and related marks are the property of their respective owners. We use these names descriptively to identify authentic products. This website is an independent part of the Vendables & Pop Attack network and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Takara Tomy A.R.T.S.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on this website or from travelling to a venue based on that information.
